Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki on Saturday laid the foundation of a ‘mini-secretariat’ at Changlang adjacent to the existing office of the deputy commissioner.
He was accompanied by PWD, Finance and Planning Minister Chowna Mein and Agriculture and Horticulture Minister Setong Sena, official sources informed here.
