FIR wants probe into leakage of state girl’s video

SHILLONG, April 11: An FIR has been registered with Laitumkhrah Police Station by one Kyrsoibor Pyrtuh against some individuals for allegedly leaking ‘live chat video’ of a girl from Meghalaya currently residing in Bengaluru.
According to the FIR, the unnamed girl has become a subject of ridicule, trolls and abuses following the leakage of the video.
The complainant has alleged that the sharing of her video is in violation of her right to privacy.
Pyrtuh has urged the police to investigate into the matter and take necessary action against the culprit(s).
