1,092 students receive degrees during IGNOU convocation

Shillong, April 26: A total of 1,092 students received their degrees during the 35th Convocation of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), which was held on Tuesday at the NEHU Conventional Hall. According to a statement, out of the 1,092 students, 566 received their master’s degree, 450 received their bachelor’s degree, 68 received their PG diploma and 6 received their diplomas. Vice Chancellor of North-Eastern Hill University, Prof Prabha Sankar Shukla was the guest of honour during the convocation.
