Dry day
The East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner (Excise) has declared August 15 as dry day on account of Independence Day. In this regard, all bonded warehouses, IMFL ‘OFF’ & ‘ON’ shops, home delivery licensees, canteens and outstills have been directed to remain shut.
