Outgoing Ri Bhoi Deputy Commissioner Akashdeep Singh (2nd from left) being enumerated recently as the first resident of Nongpoh Town during the ongoing 6th Economic Census. The cencus works will be canvassed by the educated local unemployed youth and all residents and establishments have been requested to co-operate with the enumerators. The training for the enumerators was held at the office of the District Statistical Officer, Nongpoh.
