JOWAI: Parliamentary Secretary in charge Metrology Department, Robinus Syngkon released a book – Pnar in to English Dictionary on Saturday.

The Dictionary was written for the first time in Pnar dialect by Sajeki Passah of Panaliar Jowai. The efforts of the author was appreciated by many.
