An outreach programme organised by the Rotary Club Shillong Heritage in collaboration with the officers of Mairang under way at the Shillong District Jail on December 22. Blankets and food items were distributed among the Under Trial Prisoners of Eastern West Khasi Hills District, to celebrate the festive season.
