In a ceremony on Monday, Major General Gagan Deep, ADG of NCC NER, honoured the winners at David Hall, Army Public School, Shillong.
Among them, two Meghalaya Battalion NCC’s Guard of Honour team secured a commendable third place. Major General Gagan Deep praised the cadets for their nation-building efforts and emphasised the NCC’s role in shaping dynamic and disciplined youth in the Northeast. The event concluded with the promise of the winning teams joining the NCC Republic Day Contingent, underscoring the rigorous training ahead.
