Sitaare Zameen Par hits Rs 50-crore mark

Sitaare Zameen Par, a spiritual sequel to Taare Zameen Par, has earned Rs 50 crore at the worldwide box office in two days.
The film, directed by R S Prasanna and produced by Aamir Khan, follows the journey of a basketball coach who mentors ten differently-abled individuals.
The film also stars Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar.
The film follows Aamir’s role in “Taare Zameen Par”, which starred Darsheel Safary and Genelia D’Souza. (PTI)
