Science fest
As part of the year-long Diamond Jubilee celebrations (1965-2025) of Synod College, four Science departments of Synod College in collaboration with the Science Club and Environment Club will organise a Science Fest on the college premises at 10 am on Thursday.

Members of Bongiya Sahitya Parishad, Shillong, on Sunday, paid their respects to the legendary Assamese singer Zubeen Garg, who passed away in a scuba diving accident on September 19. “His untimely demise is an irreparable loss to Assam, Northeast and the country as a whole,” the members said.
