Unclaimed body
On March 27 at about 9 pm, Pradhan Swer (42) was found lying unconscious at Mawblei, Shillong and was shifted to CH Shillong, where he died (April 8). His relatives are requested to come and claim the body.
Varsity week
North Eastern Hill University Students Union has informed that the closing day of the varsity week 2014 will be on April 16 at their convocation hall from 10 am.
Athletic meet
St. Anthony’s Higher Secondary School, Shillong will organise its 85th annual athletic meets cum inter school invitational events on April 16 at Don Bosco mini stadium. Dr S Choudhuri, Director of Science and Technology will be the chief guest and a total of ten schools of the city will participate in the sports event.
