A two-day workshop on “Skill Development, Training & Resource Centre for Self- Employability,” organised by Synod College, Shillong, in collaboration with the Indian Centre for Research and Development of Community Education (ICRDCE) and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), along with the Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Incubation Centre (EIIC-SYC) of the college, will begin at the State Convention Centre, Shillong, at 9.30 am. The workshop aims to equip educators with practical knowledge and tools to strengthen skill development initiatives, fostering employability, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance-especially among youth, women, and single parents.
