Participants must bring two passport-size photographs, Aadhaar card, attested date of birth certificate, and sports achievement certificates issued by competent authorities.
A medical fitness certificate from a recognized medical practitioner is also mandatory at the time of the trials. The top three position holders from district-level championships or equivalent school competitions, such as those conducted by CBSE, Kendriya Vidyalayas, and Navodaya Vidyalayas, will be given priority.
Age relaxations may be considered for exceptionally talented athletes, as per expert observation.
Final admission will be subject to proper age verification and medical examination.
