SHILLONG: South West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner Ram Singh on Wednesday held a meeting with the heads of the line departments to review the situation and extent of damages incurred in the recent cyclonic storms in parts of the district.
The DC directed all the heads of the offices to submit detailed reports of the damages to households, livestock and plantation for necessary relief measure and also asked to inform the matter to him whatever any natural calamity occurs in future
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioners, Ampati and others.
