The Office of the Meghalaya AIDS Control Society will conduct a one day Refreshers Training for Red Ribbon Club Nodal Officers and Sensitizing of College principals on HIV and AIDS at Don Bosco Youth Centre on Tuesday.
Rice distributed
The Dorbar Shnong Demseiniong, Laitumkhrah distributed 10 kgs of rice and one and half kg dal to families affected by the flood of June 29 and August 15 this year at Demseiniong Dorbar Shnong Cum Community Hall on Saturday.

The Youth Hotels Association of India-Meghalaya State Branch, Shillong is organising the inter-school debate in Youth Hostel premises at 1pm on August 27 on the affect of the implementation “Lok Pall Bill” in the country.

The Central Training institute, Civil Defence and Home Guards organised the Disaster Management Awareness Programme in Dinet Manik Syiem Memorial School, Nongthymmai from August 17 to 19. Students and teachers participated and benefited from this programme.
