Special train from Kamakhya to Bangalore flagged off

Guwahati: Union Rail-way Minister Suresh Prabhu on Thursday flag-ged off a new Premium Special Train service between Kamakhya in Assm and Bangalore Cantonment through remote from Bengaluru on Thursday.
The train, numbered 22503, left Kamakhya sta-tion at 2.30 PM in presence of senior North East Frontier Railway officials who witnessed the flagging off at Bengaluru through video confe-rencing, NF Railway CPRO S Lahiri said.
The train will have stoppages at New Jalpai-guri, Howrah, Bhubneswar, Vijayawada and Chennai Central. Premium Special Trains have unique features with its tickets being available only from IRCTC website and all tickets are sold against confirmed reservation.(PTI)
