GUWAHATI: The Assam Government has appointed Mr Justice Tinlianthang Vaiphei, retired Chief Justice, Tripura High Court as Chairperson and Deva Kumar Saikia as Member of the Assam Human Rights Commission respectively with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
