Holday declared on KHADC poll day in Ri Bhoi

NONGPOH : The Deputy Commissioner (EL) Ri Bhoi district, Nongpoh has declared the 27th February 2019, being Poll Day to the KHADC 2019, as General Holiday so as to enable the electors of Ri Bhoi district to exercise their franchise.
