TURA: Garo Lok Utsav, a two-day festival and seminar of music-dance traditions of the Garos, organised by Sangeet Natak Akademi, North East Centre, Shillong, in collaboration with the West Garo Hills district administration at District Auditorium, Tura concluded on Thursday afternoon.
The festival-cum-seminar was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner West Garo Hills Sanjay Goyal on Wednesday.
