SHILLONG: Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma inaugurated the ‘Orchid Restaurant’ constructed by the State Tourism Department at an estimated cost of Rs 37.50 lakh at Umran in Ri-Bhoi district on Friday. The government will earn 10 per cent of the profit of the restaurant and wayside amenity set up in the land of one Ms B Khongsngi, who will also run the restaurant at her own expense, according to an official press release.
