Public hearing
The Block Development Officer and Programme Officer of Mawphlang C and RD Block will conduct the public hearing of the social audit reports under the scheme MGNREG on August 25 at Mawphlang C and RD Block.
Training
The Agriculture Information Officer, Directorate of agriculture has informed that a short training programme on Fruit and Vegetable Preservation will be conducted at Fruit Preservation Centre here from September 5 to 10.
Immunization
The Rotary Club of Shillong in association with the Cantonment Board has announced start of immunization facility at Jeevan Ram Goenka Hospital, Jhalupara. Regular immunization will be provided to the children of under privileged class.
Rally
The NSS and Red Ribbon Club, St Edmund’s College in collaboration with the Meghalaya AIDS Control Society and Meghalaya HBZP Sports and Adventure will organise a rally from Shillong (St Edmund’s College) to Mawryngkneng from 10am on Friday.
