RANCHI: The Birsa Munda Central Jail administration on Wednesday lodged an FIR in the Sadar police station where former chief minister Madhu Koda has been accused of provoking inmates and also being involved in physical assault.

”Two inmates through the jail administration have sent in writing where they have accused the Lok Sabha member of provoking them and also being involved in physical assault on fellow prisoners,” sources said.
