JAIPUR: Gujjars on Thursday threatened the Rajasthan government that they would revive their agitation later this month if their pending demands, including reservation, were not met.
At a mahapanchayat at Bichola Ka Bagh in Dholpur district, their leader Kirori Singh Bainsla threatened to revive the agitation from November 25 from Dholpur. He said people belonging to the community were unhappy with the state government and not satisfied with progress in reservation issue. Bainsla said the Gujjars would decide their strategy in a meeting in Dausa district on November 20. He, however, said the agitation would be peaceful and no rail track would be blocked this time though supply of milk and power could be disturbed. (PTI)
