Meghalaya Assembly Speaker Charles Pyngrope hands over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh from Journalist Welfare Fund to Mrs Ivy Lyngdoh, wife of Late GW Pohti, a senior journalist, at the valedictory session of National Press Day Celebration in city on Wednesday.
