Home guard volunteers

SHILLONG: The District Home Guards Commandant, East Khasi Hills has asked all home guard volunteers who attended basic course in District Training Centre, Shillong during the period 2006-08 and who are unemployed or are not deployed with Government Departments / Agencies to contact him along with training certificate issued to them at the earliest possible. The Commandant said that once the records are updated, all possible efforts will be made for deployment of home guard volunteers with Government Departments / Agencies.
