ENPO submits memo to PM

KOHIMA: The Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) submitted a public representation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday as a follow-up to the demand for the creation of a separate state for the six tribes from the region.

A statement issued by ENPO signed by president Mangko Phom and General Secretary cum Secretary of Steering committee Toshi Wungtung said the organisation also staged a peaceful demonstration at Delhi on the same day. (UNI)
