NONGSTOIN: The International Book House of New Delhi has conferred Best Citizen Award on Dr P Lyngkhoi District Medical & Health Officer, West Khasi Hills district.
The award, which carries a memento and a certificate, was given to him recenttly.
The award was conferred on Dr Lyngkhoi in recognition to his selfless service towards poor and needy of the district.
