Agartala: Tripura capital Agartala recently played host to an agricultural fair was recently held here to showcase the latest in agri research and new technologies for cultivation to increase farm productivity.
Experts displayed contemporary farm models and explained new methods of cultivation that are not just eco friendly but also cost effective.
“Farmers ask a question and scientists clear their doubts so in this way it help farmers to understand and adopt new technology,” S N Puri, Vice-Chancellor, Central Agricultural University. (ANI)
