SHILLONG: The Indian Army on Wednesday organised a “Know Your Army” Exhibition at Jaiwpdeng, Ri Bhoi with an intention to install patriotic fervour in youth and motivate them to join the Army and to promote better understanding about the Army amongst the local populace.
Various stalls were established as part of the exhibition in order to educate the local youth on the capabilities of the modern Indian Army.
The exhibition also showcased the technological advancements in military hardware through the display of an array of weaponry and special military equipment.
