Commuters rush home on Tuesday evening following the night road blockade called by several NGOs in the city. Four NGOs, KSU, FKJGP, SSSS and HNYF have called a three-night road blockade which led to a series of violent incedents in the city. The blockade also resulted in loss of working hours in both public and private enterprises as people preferred to rush home prior to their scheduled time in order to meet the road blockade deadline.
