STP finally declared 'one way zone'

Shillong : After three persons lost their lives in a road accident, the Shillong Traffic Police  finally declared the stretch from Howell Road Point towards Barik Point as a ‘one way zone’ for 24 hours on Tuesday. However, the traffic signboard besides the State Central Library premises still shows the timing as 8am-8pm creating confusion among the   drivers.   (Photo by Sanjib Bhattacharjee)
