SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Swimming Association is organising a Coaching Camp, the 9th State Swimming Competition and 6th Swimfest from 16-21 July 2012 at Crinoline Pool.
The competition will include a variety of events, such as freestyle, breast stroke, back stroke, butterfly stroke, relay and diving.
The Swimfest is for the sub junior category. It will be followed by coaching classes, games and demonstrations of aquatic survival techniques.
All swimmers are invited to participate in the two-day swimming event.
Registration starts from 2 July at 8am. For further details, anyone who is interested should contact the office of the Meghalaya Swimming Association at Crinoline Pool.
