Shillong Nagarik Manch condemns murder

 SHILLONG: A section of concerned citizens organized under Shillong Nagarik Manch (Citizens Forum) met on Sunday at Opera Hall, Thana Road to condole the untimely demise of young scientist Pritam Bhattacharjee from NE.

The meeting presided over by Prof. S.K. Chattopadhay, unanimously condemned the gruesome act and resolved to protest the growing incidence of intolerance, harassment and violence against students from NE including indifference of law enforcing agencies and apathy of the Govt.
