The Deputy Commissioner, Jaintia Hills District has informed that an amount of Rs. 2,24,000 has been released to the families affected by natural calamity in different villages under Khliehriat Block Development and also Rs 35, 200 has been released to the families affected by fire incident during the year 2011-2012, in different villages under Thadlaskein Block Development in Jaintia Hills District.
