It has been reported that
Robert Pattinson had
plans to ask his cheating girlfriend Kristen Stewart to marry
him before it was revealed she had been unfaithful.
Pattinson was set to get on one knee at the end of summer and had hoped that their £5million love nest would become their martial home.
Speaking to the Mirror a source said: ‘Robert hoped to marry Kristen and was making preparations to spring a proposal before she admitted cheating.’
But those plans came to a halt last week, when the actor’s world was rocked as pictures of his girlfriend, 22, kissing 41-year-old Snow White And The Huntsman director and married father-of-two Rupert Sanders surfaced.
Telling of how things are now between the Robert and Kristen, the source claims that the two have not spoken and only communicated via text message.
‘Now Rob is angry – he’s left the mansion and not spoken to her since. They have exchanged heated text messages only.’
People are also reporting that one day after he abandoned their shared $6m Loz Feliz mansion, she followed suit and is no longer there either.
They are also said to not be on speaking terms.
However, despite not being ready to talk to Stewart, Pattinson instead wants to have a ‘man to man’ chat with Sanders.
The devastated British actor moved out of the California home he shared with Kristen after incriminating photographs showing Kristen and Rupert together were released on Tuesday.
Sanders, 41, is married to model and actress Liberty Ross and they have two children together.
Even if Robert doesn’t want to see or hear from Kristen, the pair will be reunited at the premiere of the final installment of the Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn Part 2, in November.
Kristen released a statement saying: ‘I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardised the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry.’ The couple were last seen in public at the Teen Choice Awards together. (Agencies)
