Trinamool to join Meghalaya poll fray

 SHILLONG: Ending all speculations, the Trinamool Congress has decided to contest the upcoming Assembly elections in Meghalaya. Speaking over phone from Kolkata , the general secretary of the party and former Railway Minister Mukul Roy said on Wednesday that the decision to this effect was taken in a meeting held on Wednesday at Kolkata. “We will try to field candidates in all the constituencies of Meghalaya”, said Roy, who is also the chairman of Trinamool Parliamentary Party.
