SHILLONG: Police on Friday arrested one Ordo Nongrum of Mawlai Umjaiur for allegedly raping a minor girl of 8 years in her house at Mawlai Kynton Massar on Thursday. According to the police, the accused is known to the victim and like usual, he entered the house when the child was alone.
