The 10th State Council Movement of the Meghalaya Bharat scouts and guides will be held at 11am at the state headquarters at Laban where chief secretary WMS Pariat will be the chief guest.
The Meghalaya AIDS control society in collaboration with UNDP, the Meghalaya Legislators’ Forum on HIV and AIDS and different partner NGOs will be organising a two-day state level convention on HIV and AIDS at State Central Library.
