The state NCP office will be inaugurated at 1pm at the party’s office located at Kench’s Trace (behind the Sankardev College), which will be followed by the introduction of members of the central executive committee and declaration of the first list of candidates for the coming MLA elections, 2013.
A cleaning drive in Bishnupur, Kench’s Trace will be held from 8am onwards. All shops within the locality will remain closed, entry and plying of vehicles will also remain suspended during the cleaning hours.
