KSU disappointed over Govt failure

 SHILLONG: The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) on Sunday expressed their disappointment over the failure of the Govt to increase the delivery of LPG cylinders from 6 to 9 per year as directed by the Centre to all the congress-ruled governments.

On Sep 19, in a meeting at the Congress Core Committee a decision was taken to direct all the congress-ruled governments to increase the delivery of LPG cylinders from 6 to 9 per year for each household for which, the expenditure for the three extra cylinders has to be borne by the state government.
