Tura hospital gets first ICU

TURA: Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma on Monday inaugurated a state-of- the-art intensive care unit (ICU) at Tura Civil Hospital. This was the first ICU in Garo Hills. The ICU was constructed under NEC scheme with a sanctioned amount of Rs 2.46 crores of which ten per cent was borne by the government.
