SHILLONG: The arrested GNLA men had plans to recruit youths from the border areas of Khasi Hills for the organization, police revealed on Monday. Among the four arrested GNLA over ground workers on Sunday, Vincent T Sangma (20) of Weikut, South West Khasi Hills, has been camping in Shillong with an intention to recruit boys from the border areas at an appropriate time, additional SP (Crime), Vivek Syiem said on Monday.
