 SHILLONG: The poll observers deputed by the Election Commission will visit the State on January 29. An election official said on Monday that as many 30 election observers will be dispatched for Meghalaya and they will arrive on January 29. While 20 officials will be general election observers, the remaining 13 will scrutinize the expenditures to be incurred by the candidates.
