SHILLONG: While the smoke over the Williamnagar gang rape incident is yet to clear, another rape incident has been reported from East Garo Hills district.
The State Police have informed that one Rakam Sangma had raped an 11-year-old girl in his residence.
The incident took place on June 1 at Redamgre under Songsak Police Station
