Gracy Noris Rapthap, Retd. Matron of TB Hospital, Shillong, and a resident of Mawlai Nonglum Block I (Khlieh Shnong) passed away on Sunday. She will be laid to rest on Tuesday at 2:30 PM at the Mawkhar Presbyterian Church Cemetery, near Weiking Ground, Jaiaw.
