Meghalaya Home Minister Roshan Warjri is felicitated by the Jail Road Welfare Committee at a programme on Saturday. Health Minister AL Hek, and three senior citizens of the locality, Hironmoy Dhar, Durga Prasanna Chakraborty and Rishi Kumar Bhattacharjee were also felicitated on the occasion.
