Notice
Police has issued a wanted notice against accused Tik Mawlong who is involved in Mawlai PS case and evading police arrest. Citizens having knowledge of the whereabouts of the criminal can contact Mawlai PS at 9436115536 or the Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills at 0364-2224150. The name of the informant will be kept confidential.
Examination
An Entrance Examination for admission to Class VIII in the Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun for July 2014 term will be conducted at selected centres, which will be notified later on December 1-2. Admissions are for boys only whose parents hold a permanent resident certificate of Meghalaya and the application will be accepted on or before October 10 in the office of the Director of higher and technical education, Meghalaya.
Championship
Meghalaya Bridge Association will organize the 41st Meghalaya State Bridge Championship from August 9-11 at the Zenith Jubelieth club, Laban. Championship will have three events-open pair, team of four duplicate and board a match.
