SHILLONG: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) inaugurated its third customer care centre in the city at Rynjah on Monday.
After inugurating the centre, Chief General Manager Telecom DP Singh (ITS) said that BSNL is committed to the cause of the customers and hoped that this customer centre would help provide quality services to the people of the area.
Observing that more customer care centres would enable further effective and easily accessible services, Singh said that this initiative of BSNL is to deliver services quicker to the people.
Urging customers to lodge complaints, if any, on problems encountered by them, Singh said that complaints and suggestions will only help BSNL to provide improved and enhanced service.
