Shillong : Two official vehicles of the Meghalaya Governor are parked in the middle of a road at Police Bazar on Thurdsay causing inconvenience to passing vehicles and pedestrians. Normally the City police is prompt in clamping vehicles of general public when parked in ‘No Parking Zone’.
