Late singer Kurt Cobain’s childhood home in Washington is up for sale. His mother Wendy O’Connor has listed the property for $500,000.

Reportedly Cobain’s mattress and his growing up years photos have also been included in the sale, eonline.com reports.

The lead singer of the American band Nirvana passed away in 1994.

“We’ve decided to sell the home to create a legacy for Kurt, and yes, there are some mixed feelings since we have all loved the home and it carries so many great memories,” said Cobain’s sister, Kim, in a statement.

“But our family has moved on from Washington, and (we) feel it’s time to let go of the home,” she added. (IANS)
